Instructions
- Chop the vegetables: Begin by chopping tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the olives and feta cheese: Cut olives and feta into small cubes or crumble the feta.
- Thinly slice the red onion: If desired, thinly slice red onion.
- Combine the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
- Dress the salad: Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently: Use tongs to toss the salad without crushing the ingredients.
- Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or serve immediately at room temperature.
