Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Briny Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Creamy Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables: Begin by chopping tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the olives and feta cheese: Cut olives and feta into small cubes or crumble the feta.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion: If desired, thinly slice red onion.
  4. Combine the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
  5. Dress the salad: Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss gently: Use tongs to toss the salad without crushing the ingredients.
