Description

A decadent dessert combining layers of chocolate cheesecake, Baileys Irish Cream, and whipped cream, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. In a trifle dish, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
  6. Add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies.
  7. Next, add a layer of chocolate pudding.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  9. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys with chocolate syrup or coffee.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
