A decadent dessert combining layers of chocolate cheesecake, Baileys Irish Cream, and whipped cream, perfect for any special occasion.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- In a trifle dish, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies.
- Next, add a layer of chocolate pudding.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys with chocolate syrup or coffee.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
