Description

A delightful dish where tender salmon fillets are topped with creamy Boursin cheese, garlic, and lemon for a culinary experience that combines elegance and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with the remaining olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the salmon skin-side down in the baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Notes

Mix the Boursin cheese and garlic in advance for easy preparation. Avoid overcooking the salmon to maintain its flakiness.
