- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
- Coat the Chicken Breasts: Take each chicken breast and generously coat it in the marinade, ensuring every inch is covered.
- Marinate: Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the marinated chicken breasts on it.
- Bake: Transfer the sheet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the Chicken: After removing from the oven, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, pour any leftover marinade atop the chicken before baking. Feel free to customize with additional herbs or lemon zest.
