- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
