Description

A delicious and hearty Beef Pepper Rice Bowl that combines tender beef, colorful bell peppers, and fluffy rice, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
