Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnishing

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Coat the bottom of a greased baking dish with olive oil. Place the cod fillets in the dish, spaced apart.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
