- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Coat the bottom of a greased baking dish with olive oil. Place the cod fillets in the dish, spaced apart.
- Spoon the panko mixture over each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily and the topping is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
