- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
- Flatten each ball, place a tablespoon of cheese in the center, and seal the edges.
- Place the stuffed buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
