Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve with sour cream and chopped parsley, if desired.
