- 2 cups spinach

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the white beans, diced tomatoes, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the spinach until wilted.
