Description

A refreshing cucumber lemonade to quench your thirst on hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Large Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (or to taste)
  • 4 Cups Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the cucumbers into manageable pieces.
  2. Blend the chopped cucumbers until smooth to create a vibrant green puree.
  3. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing gently to extract juice.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber juice, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

Make-ahead for better flavor melding. Serve chilled for the best experience.
