Description

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and spoon the meat mixture onto each bun.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
