- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and sausage; cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and pepper jack cheese; stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
