Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cotton candy
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the cotton candy gently until well incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Form small balls of the cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
  5. Chill the cheesecake balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
