Description

A creamy and cheesy dip that mimics the iconic Big Mac flavors, perfect for gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown until fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  2. In your slow cooker, add the cooked ground beef along with shredded cheddar cheese, cubed Velveeta, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Set your crockpot to LOW and let it cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
  4. Switch to the WARM setting and serve straight from the slow cooker.
  5. Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or additional pickles before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead options available; can be refrigerated overnight and heated through for ultimate convenience.
