Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion mixture, along with the crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
