Description

A delightful grilled chicken recipe infused with honey and Dijon mustard, bursting with flavor and perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
  6. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate for longer if time permits for deeper flavor. Grilling can also be replaced with air frying or baking if necessary.
