- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces, seasoning them generously with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1/4 cup of water and bring it to a gentle boil. Add the broccoli florets and cover the skillet with a lid. Steam for 2-3 minutes until they transform into a bright green, crisp-tender treat. Discard any excess water lingering in the skillet.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and add the unsalted butter to the pan, allowing it to melt. Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an aromatic 30 seconds until it sizzles.
- Pour in the soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Gently fold in the steamed broccoli until every floret is well-coated in the savory sauce.
- Remove from heat and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm, either as is or alongside your favorite rice or pasta.
