A delicious and creamy dish featuring tender garlic butter chicken served over linguine pasta.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet; mix well.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
