Description

Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Chicken Tacos are a delicious fusion of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic butter, honey, and BBQ sauce.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken into strips.
  7. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing chicken strips on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and cheese.
  9. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the tacos.
  • These tacos can be made with grilled or shredded chicken.
