Description

Experience the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean with this delicious Greek Chicken Flatbread, topped with succulent chicken, creamy tzatziki, and fresh garden vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 flatbreads (traditional pita, whole wheat, or cauliflower crust for gluten-free)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce across each flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

For a personalized touch, add olives, roasted red peppers, or fresh herbs. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
