- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce across each flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings.
