Description

Delicious wraps filled with grilled shrimp, fresh romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing for a balanced meal that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your grill on medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds.
  6. Spread a layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  7. Arrange grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and any optional toppings on each tortilla.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  9. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider marinating shrimp for extra flavor and use Greek yogurt as a lighter option for the dressing.
