- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your grill on medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Spread a layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Arrange grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and any optional toppings on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider marinating shrimp for extra flavor and use Greek yogurt as a lighter option for the dressing.
