Succulent grilled steak and shrimp skewers drizzled with a luscious garlic butter sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 pound Sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 pound Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted for the sauce)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt for seasoning the sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the sirloin: In a large bowl, combine the cubed sirloin steak with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the shrimp: In another bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Create the garlic butter sauce: Melt the unsalted butter over low heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Thread onto skewers: Alternate the marinated steak and shrimp on the skewers.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill the skewers: Cook skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until steak and shrimp are cooked to your liking.
- Add the finishing touch: Drizzle garlic butter sauce over the grilled skewers before serving.
Notes
Marinate the steak and shrimp up to 24 hours in advance for enhanced flavor. If grilling isn’t an option, use an air fryer or oven.
