Description

A delightful combination of juicy honey-glazed BBQ chicken and creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes, perfect for summer nights or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken with honey BBQ sauce.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In a baking dish, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Serve grilled chicken with garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnished with parsley.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce the night before for enhanced flavor. If you don’t have a grill, substitute with a stovetop or air fryer.
