A quick and delicious honey garlic shrimp stir-fry that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and vegetables, and stir to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
