Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a preheated skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey over cooked chicken and let bubble for 1-2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, layer cooked brown rice and mixed greens.
- Top the rice and greens with sliced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Slice the hot honey chicken and place it on top.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
