Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the peanut sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and peanuts before serving.
