Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and flour together.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the cornstarch and flour mixture.
