  • 4 cloves Garlic (Freshly minced)

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Fresh)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
  • 2 slices Lemon Slices (Optional, for garnishing)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish, ensuring they are coated. Marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove from heat and let the chops rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate overnight. You can also use air fryer settings for quicker cooking.
