Description

A simple and delicious lemon garlic chicken meal prep recipe perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
