Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • Fresh fruits for topping (e.g., berries, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the vinegar, cornstarch, and matcha powder.
  5. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool inside.
  7. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then pour it over the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  8. Once the pavlova is cool, fill the center with the white chocolate ganache.
  9. Top with fresh fruits and serve immediately.
