Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vinegar, cornstarch, and matcha powder.
- Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool inside.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then pour it over the chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Once the pavlova is cool, fill the center with the white chocolate ganache.
- Top with fresh fruits and serve immediately.
