Description

A delicious and creamy no-bake cheesecake made with Lotus biscuits, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Lotus biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lotus biscuit crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with Lotus biscuit crumbs on top.
