Description

A delicious and easy recipe for ham and pickle roll-ups, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 slices of deli ham
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, dill pickle relish, and garlic powder until well blended.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Place 2 slices of ham on top of the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the ham.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture.
  • These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to substitute turkey or chicken for the ham if desired.
