Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer mozzarella, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and optional veggies.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top before placing another bread slice on top, buttered side facing up.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flip, and repeat on the other side.
- Serve immediately while warm and cheesy.
Notes
Customize by adding toppings like grilled chicken or sautéed mushrooms. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
