- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them with a damp cloth and slicing them evenly.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Add minced garlic and fold the mixture without crushing the mushrooms.
- Grill the mushrooms in a single layer for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
