- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1 minute.
- Add green beans and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken and beans.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
