Description

A flavorful and healthy stir-fry dish featuring tender chicken and crisp green beans, all tossed in a savory sesame sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1 minute.
  4. Add green beans and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken and beans.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
