Description

A delicious and easy-to-make sheet-pan meal featuring hot honey chicken and a variety of colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
