A delicious and simple recipe for grilled corn on the cob slathered in garlic butter and smoked paprika.

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the ears of corn.
- Place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally, and cook for 10-15 minutes until slightly charred and tender.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Make the garlic butter in advance and refrigerate. You can also use an air fryer or oven if you don’t have a grill.
