Description

Spinach Artichoke Dip Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the classic flavors of spinach and artichoke dip in a fun, rolled format.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and slice into pinwheels.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
