- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and slice into pinwheels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
