Description

Taco Pinwheels are easy and delicious appetizers made with tortillas, cream cheese, and taco seasoning, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, ground beef, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve with salsa or sour cream.
