- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, ground beef, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve with salsa or sour cream.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more vegetables.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
