Description

Delicious whipped coffee ice cream sandwiches that combine the rich flavor of Dalgona coffee with creamy ice cream between two cookies.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cookies (your choice)

Instructions

  2. Whip the mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Spread the whipped coffee mixture onto one cookie.
