- 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4.25-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water for about 8 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and milk in a large bowl.
- Combine the cooled pasta with the dressing mixture, folded in chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, black olives, and cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving to meld flavors.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap mayonnaise and sour cream for Greek yogurt. You can also customize with additional veggies like bell peppers.
