- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 package of bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bacon by cutting it into thirds.
- Wrap each cocktail sausage with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped sausages snugly in a baking dish.
- Create the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, maple syrup, chili powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the sausages.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Consider making these ahead of time and refrigerating them for up to 24 hours before baking. They can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker option.
