Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the pork chops generously with olive oil.
- Season both sides liberally with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet with ample space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, using a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after removing them from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
