Description

Tender and juicy Baked Pork Chops with a crispy exterior and rich flavors of garlic and onion, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork chops generously with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides liberally with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet with ample space between each.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, using a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after removing them from the oven.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Best if allowed to rest after baking to keep them juicy. You can also marinate the pork chops for added flavor.
