Description

Delightful salmon bites with a crispy exterior and rich, flavorful filling, perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, coating generously.
  5. Roll each piece in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated salmon bites on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
