Description

A creamy, dreamy Blackberry Honey Ice Cream that captures the essence of summer with ripe blackberries and rich honey in each luscious scoop.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the blackberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  2. Mix the blackberry puree with honey, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes.
  5. Scoop into bowls and enjoy, optionally topped with extra blackberries or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks. Stir occasionally to maintain texture.
