Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the blackberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Mix the blackberry puree with honey, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy, optionally topped with extra blackberries or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
