Description

A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad that combines the classic BLT sandwich flavors with vibrant tomatoes, crispy bacon, and crunchy lettuce, all tossed in creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (bowtie, rotini, or penne)
  • 4 strips of bacon (cooked until crispy)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta with crumbled crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently.
  3. Dress the salad by pouring the ranch dressing over the mixture. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
