- 8 ounces pasta (bowtie, rotini, or penne)
- 4 strips of bacon (cooked until crispy)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta with crumbled crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently.
- Dress the salad by pouring the ranch dressing over the mixture. Toss gently to coat.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
