Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • Whipped cream or ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Cut in cold butter until coarse crumbs form.
  5. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the blueberry filling.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes
