- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Whisk together 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves until smooth.
- Place the ham flat-side down in a spacious roasting pan, scoring the surface in a diamond pattern.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the final 30 minutes of baking.
- Check the internal temperature; once it reaches 140°F (60°C), let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Prepare the glaze a day in advance for a deeper flavor. Consider using maple syrup instead of honey for a different twist.
