Description

A vibrant stir fry featuring tender cabbage, ground beef, and pork, seasoned to perfection with garlic and ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Brown the ground beef and pork until cooked through.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and optional vegetables, cooking until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
