A vibrant and healthy cabbage stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and umami flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 Medium Head of Cabbage, sliced
- 2–3 Cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Inch Ginger, grated
- 2–3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about a minute.
- Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Introduce the mixed vegetables along with the soy sauce; continue to stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
For a protein boost, add cooked tofu, shrimp, or chicken during the stir-frying process.
