Description

A vibrant and healthy cabbage stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and umami flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Medium Head of Cabbage, sliced
  • 23 Cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Inch Ginger, grated
  • 23 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about a minute.
  3. Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Introduce the mixed vegetables along with the soy sauce; continue to stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

For a protein boost, add cooked tofu, shrimp, or chicken during the stir-frying process.
